    Mailpiece Design

    Professional Training & Certificate

    Virtual Event

    December 11-15, 2023

Join us for a 3-day virtual course instruction offering Mailpiece Design Training. The course is led by Shanda Mathis of Taylor Print Impressions. Sessions will take place Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Upon receiving a passing grade, certificates are issued by the USPS office of NCED and valid for two years.

The MPD course is targeted for anyone in the mailing industry who is involved in designing and preparing direct mail. It will provide training on postal standards related to designing letters, postcards, self-mailers, flat-sized mailpieces and more, in order to facilitate processing on USPS high-speed automated equipment, while also maximizing cost-effectiveness and reducing processing delays.

There is also an option to attend the instruction only. This option does not include the test or certificate upon completion.

Register today! An email will be sent to all applicants prior to the webinar.

    2024 National Postal Forum

    June 2-5, 2024 Indianapolis, IN

The National Postal Forum (NPF) has partnered with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to present the mailing and shipping industry's premier educational venue, trade show and networking event. Held once a year in the spring, the four-day NPF is the only event that works directly with USPS managers to provide the most comprehensive educational and networking platform possible for meeting the needs of the industry and postal customers.

The NPF is a not-for-profit educational corporation, established in 1968 by a group of major postal customers/mailers who were committed to an ongoing partnership with the USPS. The Forum's goal has always been to provide education to business mailers and communication/feed-back between the USPS and its business customers for a more responsive and efficient mail communications system.
